1. Dress Code:
Guests agree to adhere to a minimum dress code consisting of a swimsuit/bikini or swimming shorts.
2. Age Limit:
The age limit for using the sauna alone is 15 years.
3. Swimming ability for children:
Children should be able to swim to participate in the sauna experience.
4. Personal Responsibility:
Guest(s) understand and accept that using the sauna and swimming in the sea is at their own risk. It is strongly recommended to assess their own health and physical condition before use.
5. First Aid Kit:
Guest(s) agree to confirm the availability and location of first aid kits before using the sauna and undertake to report any deficiencies.
6. Fire Safety:
Guest(s) undertake to follow all fire safety procedures and instructions from staff. Smoking or the use of open flames inside the sauna is strictly prohibited.
7. Responsibility for personal belongings:
The lcompany assumes no responsibility for the loss or theft of the guest(s) personal belongings during their stay, including clothing and valuables.
8. Maintenance of hygiene:
The guest(s) undertake to maintain personal hygiene when using the sauna.
9. Cancellation:
Cancellation or change of time must be made more than 12 hours in advance.
10. Changes in services:
The company reserves the right to make changes to availability and services without prior notice. This includes, but is not limited to, repairs, maintenance, weather conditions or unforeseen events.
11. Compliance with Local Laws and Regulations:
Guest(s) undertake to comply with all applicable local laws and regulations during their stay, including safety regulations for the use of the facilities.
12. Safety Rules and Instructions:
Guest(s) acknowledge the need to respect safety rules and follow the instructions given by the staff to minimize risk. This includes, but is not limited to, respecting the duration and temperature of the sauna, avoiding bathing alone and only bathing in suitable weather conditions.
13. Responsibility for Well-being and Safety:
Guest(s) acknowledge that they are responsible for their own well-being and safety. Any loss, damage or accident resulting from negligence or breach of rules and safety instructions will be the responsibility of the guest(s).
14. Disclaimer:
The company disclaims any liability for direct or indirect damages, losses or costs that the guest(s) or third parties may suffer as a result of using the sauna or swimming in the sea.
By continuing to use the Kleksen Saunaboat facility, the guest(s) confirms that they have read, understood and accepted this disclaimer in its entirety. Any questions or concerns should be directed to the staff before using the facilities.
